On most Sunday afternoons from 3 pm to 5 pm, I host a free zoom session to practice drawing portraits. Attendees volunteer to "sit" for the group for 15 minutes. Use whatever medium you wish. Self Portrait Series
Partly to call attention to some very talented women artists,
partly to expand my own art skills, and to just have some fun,
I started doing a series of self-portraits imagining myself "in their shoes".
I study their techniques and how they see the world and then I paint myself.
